Youth workouts are back at JRMCC for July and August!
Posted by Kyle Sephton

If you’ve got a young athlete looking to improve their power, explosiveness, endurance, and stability, this program is designed for them! Bring them on down to the JRMCC Garage Gym from July 13 – August 21 for a 16 workout program that will have athletes feeling great heading into their fall and winter sports.
No prior workout or fitness experience is required, and every workout has a focus on proper technique. Workouts can be easily modified based on each athletes abilities, they just need to show up and be ready to work!
Not sure if this program is the right fit?
Send me a text or a message and we can look at doing a drop-in session to try it out.
