Starting May 18, come on down to the JRMCC Garage Gym for athletic, sport specific based training. Every Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6:00pm, athletes ages 11-14 can come out and build their mobility, agility, and strength. From 7:15-8:30pm, athletes ages 15-19 will be building their power, speed, and explosiveness. Whether it’s your first time in the gym or you’ve been doing your own thing for a while, this is your chance to come learn or improve your technique, while building yourself as a well rounded athlete.
Program cost is $120 or $12 per workout. If you’re not sure if this program is for you, drop in for the first workout for $12 and see how you like it. Maximum 8 athletes per group.
