The JRMCC SPORTS & RECREATION DEPT. is pleased to announce Adult & Youth Crossfit Classes for Fall & Winter.

Our First Block of Crossfit for the 2021/2022 Season will begin October 4.


**All new members will be required to complete two foundations movements classes during the week of Sept 27-Oct 1. These classes will take new members through all the movements that will be required for regular classes emphasizing on proper form so the member feels comfortable**

Adult Classes Available (Ages 18+)
Monday & Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm or 6:30pm-7:30pm
Tuesday & Thursdays 6:00am-7:00am or 6:30pm-7:30pm
Regular Members – 5 weeks, 10 classes, $90.00
New Members – 6 weeks, 12 classes, $110.00
Youth Classes Available (Ages 10-17) Tuesday & Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm All Youth – 5 weeks, 10 classes, $75.00

Proof of vaccination will be required for all members over the age of 12 and wearing of masks will be required
