By-Election dates are as follows:
NOMINATION MEETING Thursday, July 31st Sucker River Reserve Band Hall 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
BY-ELECTION DAY Tuesday, August 19th Sucker River Reserve Band Hall 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
ELECTRONIC VOTING Commences at 8:30 a.m. Friday, August 8th
Ends at 11:59 p.m. Monday, August 18th
PLEASE NOTE: Information Package for Band Members seeking elected office will be available at Sucker River Band Office, LLRIB Band Office and the LLRIB/community website.
THIS IS A REMINDER THAT All CANDIDATES Will BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A NAME-BASED CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK OBTAINED WITHIN THE PREVIOUS SIX{6} MONTHS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RCMP IN LA RONGE ONLY DOES CRIMINAL RECORD CHECKS ON WEDNESDAY SO YOU MUST REQUEST ONE NO LATER THAN JULY 30th IN ORDER TO MEET ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
