📣FSIN Adult Hockey Championships Announcement

At the FSIN Chiefs-in-Assembly held on October 29–30, 2025, in Yorkton, SK., a resolution was passed to refocus our collective efforts and resources on youth development across our Nations.

This resolution was passed by the Chiefs-in-Assembly, reflecting a strong commitment to our future generations.

The FSIN Adult Hockey Championships were in development when the resolution to dissolve adult championships was approved. In fairness to the teams and the organizers FSIN will allow this event to proceed as planned.

The event will be held April 30 – May 3, 2025, at Jemini-Canlan Arena, Saskatoon, SK.

Note:This tournament will continue without FSIN SCRYB (Sport Culture Recreation Youth Board) involvement and will be managed solely under the host and direction of the FSIN Third Vice Chief Office (VC Fabian Head).

We appreciate your understanding and support as we honour commitments. Let’s work together to make the FSIN Adult Championship a memorable event!

All proceeds from this tournament will go towards 2026 The Sask First Nation Tony Cote Summer Games.
