The JRMCC is pleased to announce we are now offering youth strength and conditioning workouts. These workouts are for athletes who want to take their game to the next level. Sport specific workouts to increase explosiveness, speed, agility and strength all coached by Kyle Sephton.

🏒 12 weeks of classes
🏒 Mondays & wednesdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm @ JRMCC Gymnasium
🏒 Ages 12 – 17
🏒 $210
