Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is open to ALL levels of fitness and participation in this challenge can look like whatever you want it to be. Let me explain.
Here is a message from DVT Wellness owner, Adam Swanson:
“This is a ‘Lifestyle’ based challenge, NOT a transformation challenge. My goal is to help everyone who signs up take a positive step forward towards their health and wellness journey and begin to build healthy habits regardless of their age or experience level. This will differ from person to person. Some will only want to dive into the nutritional side of things, some will maybe want to only focus on being more active (whether that means going to the gym or getting more steps in during the day will also be dependant on the person), and some maybe want to try to change their life in all aspects and get as much out of this program as possible.
I plan to provide a ‘Gym-Based’ Program, a ‘Dumbbell-Only’ Program, and a simple ‘Bodyweight Only’ program that individuals can scale and twist to make fit themselves and their lifestyle!
Rest assured that this challenge will be for EVERYONE and I will be there to help guide everyone in the proper direction upon request if they feel lost or confused.”
