Hi Everyone!

Drop in CrossFit classes are going to start up this week! This week’s classes are going to be on:

November 14: 5:30 – 6:30 & 6:30 – 7:30

November 16: 5:30 – 6:30 & 6:30 – 7:30

Each class will be $10 which can be paid by EMT or cash.

Any and all fitness levels are welcome!

JRMCC Arena schedule for the week of November 14-20, today (Monday) is a LLRIB stat holiday but we’ll be open at 2:00 pm for regular schedule!

It’s always exciting to put a concept on to paper. Draft 1 of 2 of the JRMCC expansion and renovation project design features expanded spectator bleacher seating and a 50-seat theatre, office, ticket booth and washrooms. Draft 2 will encompass the same features but now also includes a stage and a 70-seat theatre. So now our goal is to try make this a reality.

If we have no interest for the men’s team, we just might move it to an all women’s tournament, ill keep you guys updated.

With 6 rec hockey teams and 10 volleyball teams signed up, we’re going to guarantee payouts, still got time to enter, see Shelby Piper for volleyball and text or inbox me for rec hockey!

UPDATED (November 7). NHLPA Program schedule for the month of November. The Ice Wolves coach and players are not available for November 9, 23rd & 30th sessions due to home and road games, however those ice times are available for skaters to use.
