Let’s say hypothetically it takes 12 minutes to get to JRMCC from your work and another 12 to get back to work, that leaves you 36 minutes and in that time if you keep at brisk pace walking, you can average 1 lap every 2 minutes or 1 km/12 minutes or 3 kms in 36 minutes per lunch hour, that’s 15 kms in the work week. As you can see, it doesn’t take much to make positive changes to your life. It’s free, indoors, and very doable, we just ask that bring indoor footwear! ?
