Every Saturday – 6 TOTAL SEESIONS
2 Option Classes
10:00am-10:45am
Low impact, cardio sculpt: will be a mix of cardio and strength movements.
11:00am-11:45am
HIIT: High Impact Interval Training will be a more advanced, higher impact full body workout mixing cardio and strength moves.

Cost: $60.00
