GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT! Hiring a coach is like the ultimate life hack.

Hello JRMCC Fitness Centre friends! A lot of you folks might already know me… but in case you don’t, My name is (also lol) Colin.

I grew up in La Ronge, and have witnessed over the years the evolution of the JRMCC Fitness centre. I remember when it was just a small room, with one little squat rack and a few dumbbells and treadmills. I’ve been to a lot of gyms, and this place is actually really awesome.

The cool thing about this gym is that is has everything you need to get strong, fit, and feel confident in your body.

And from the time I spent there last summer, really cool people and community.

The thing about going to a gym though, is that you need to go often enough, and consistently enough, to get the results you want.

This can be hard to accomplish when you’re feeling stuck in your workouts, or simply overwhelmed and not sure how or where to start- because the last thing you need when you’re trying to get in shape is an injury.

If that’s you, I’d love to chat with you and see if I can help.

Hiring a coach is like the ultimate life hack.

Yes, I’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars in education, certifications, and trainings. I’ve invested more money in learning how to be a better coach than my clients ever will in hiring me.

But more importantly- I’ve made a bunch of mistakes since I started lifting weights over 20 years ago.. I’ve injured myself doing things I shouldn’t have. I’ve progressed training too quickly. I’ve trained in a way that made a bunch of imbalances in my body. And I’ve trained at an intensity way beyond what anyone would ever need to to get sustainable results.

I’m sharing that with you so you know that I won’t let you repeat the mistakes I’ve made, and you can train in confidence knowing what you’ll be doing is grounded in science and is evidence based- not the bro stuff that just gets you injured.

I’ve been a trainer for 10+ years, and although my speciality is coaching women 25+, I’ve worked with folks from all walks of life.

The man that makes everything run smoothly at the JRMCC, Kevin Roberts. He is currently on day 30/75 of the 75 hard challenge and absolutely killing it. Kevin is the definition of practicing what he preaches. Making a commitment to himself by showing up the gym before the sun comes up on a daily basis, watching his diet and water, getting outside, keeping his mind right by daily reading & joining the 6am CrossFit classes! He is constantly looking for ways to involve the youth and community in physical activity at the JR. He is always eager to help in any way he can to make sure there are many opportunities for people. He truly does not get the recognition he deserves. The facility would not be as great as it is if it were not for him!

Thanks for all you do Kev and keeping killing the game!
