Good afternoon just a reminder about our meeting tonight at 8pm I would like to see as many people as possible for the up coming tournament in La Ronge for the men’s and possibly a women’s team also for the mixed league thanks
Parents and players in the NHLPA program can up their tickets for tonight’s Ice Wolves game at the front desk, see Shelby Piper. Also, there will be no coach or players on the ice for today’s practice but you’re welcome to use your ice time!

Tansi/Hi Dance Families!! Reminder that there is NO classes next week (no tap or combo on Monday (Oct 31) or Tuesday (Nov 1)).
Next combo classes are Saturday November 5th.
Sunday November 6th we have a couple special opportunities, we hope all of the registered children will join us (they’re free extra classes) and they are open to other dancers as well!
Next Tap class is November 7th.
We are preparing for our showcase December 3rd so please try to have your children here as much as possible (unless they’re sick of course lol)! Tiniki/Thanks so much! Have a great weekend & have a safe and Happy Halloween for those who celebrate!

Good Morning Biggest Losers!
We will be having another free biggest loser bootcamp this evening, October 25th, at the JRMCC from 5:30 – 6:30 in the gymnasium! Please reply to this post or shoot me a text to confirm you will be coming!
You will need:
– Clean indoor shoes
– Change of clothes to workout in
– A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!

With the hockey season now underway, check out the Hockey Shop at The J, we have the best selection of sticks in the North with various sizes, prices and brands along with various accessories. Just so you know, we have a bad habit of giving our customers great deals on sticks. We also offer skate sharpening and skate rentals.
