Canoe Races on Indigenous Peoples Day

Posted by Nichole Charles

With everything that had happened with the wildfires it took a little of the planning behind. This year we are only having canoe races.

Canoes, life jacket and paddles are provided by LLRIB health services.

Next year we’ll have beach volleyball and horseshoe tournament.

A huge thanks to Norman McKenzie for always allowing us to use him to run this event 🙌

If you’d like to be apart of planning committee next NIPD please don’t hesitate to let us know.
