Calling All Community Groups In The Tri-Community

Shared by Colin Ratushniak

Would anyone be interested in a centralized 1 or 2 day ONE STOP SHOP community group registration event?

It would allow all community groups like hockey, figure skating, dance, crossfit, yoga, cadets, girl guides etc. to set up in one location on the same dates so that families could bring their kids down to sign up in one spot. It would also give families the opportunity to see new things to sign up for that maybe they didn’t know were in the community.

It might also be an opportunity for organizations like KidsSport and other funding agencies to set up as well, so that we make it easier for families and youth to set up their fall & winter calendars ?

Please reach out to me via 204-441-1914.

Are you interested to see what it’s all about? And what you can achieve?

?The next block of classes will begin mid September at the JRMCC SPORTS & RECREATION DEPT.? The next block will begin with a full week of foundations and fundamentals to help any new athletes understand the movements. We will go through proper form and also be able to focus more one-on-one with any one who is hesitant of trying this incredible workout. Stay tuned for that announcement coming soon, along with the rest of our Fall Line Up.

The National Winner is North Grenville, Ontario and the Provincial Winner is Milestone, Saskatchewan. We are extremely proud of all the Tri-Community members that participated by downloading the app, logging minutes, coming out to the various events and to the numerous volunteers who graciously put in their time to host events! This was a great event and we can’t wait for next year! Congrats Tri-Community!
