Registration for the next block of Crossfit is now OPEN!

Hi Everyone!

Registration for the next block of Crossfit is now OPEN! Newbies will start foundations week of November 8 and experienced Crossfitters will start week of November 15. This is a twice per week program for 5 weeks (6 weeks if you have to complete foundations)

Option Class Times
Monday & Wednesday 1. 5:30pm-6:30pm (ADULT CLASS)
2. 6:30pm-7:30pm (ADULT CLASS)Tuesday & Thursday
3. 6:00am-7:00am (ADULT CLASS)
4. 5:30pm-6:30pm (YOUTH CLASS)
5. 6:30pm-7:30pm (ADULT CLASS)

New members Adult Class – $110.00 (6 weeks w/ foundations)
Previous Experience Adult Class – $90.00 (5 weeks)Youth Class – $75.00 (5 weeks)
