JRMCC Evening Gym Schedule for the Month of November

JRMCC Sport, Culture and Recreation Department
JRMCC is where we host a wide variety of community sports and events
Tix now on sale, cash or e-transfers accepted, we can hold on to your tix as well. Teams are slowly coming around, 5 recreation hockey and 8 coed volleyball teams so far. We have one ladies team and looking for more in that division, also looking for teams for the Masters 45+ divisions.
While we recognize there are other tournaments this same weekend and that there is no monopoly on event dates, we pre-planned well in advance and were the first to select these dates. Nonetheless in our event, you get the best hospitality, best rink burgers and dry ribs in the north, the best facility in the north, the best run event, the best out-of-town refs and the best good times!
La Ronge Arts Council
We are pleased to present Twin Flames! Coming soon to Eagle Point with Poe Lacey.
Tickets available today at Marker 47 Café, Lac La Ronge Tourism Centre (Woodlands & Waterways) and by e-transfer (no physical ticket).
This one is not to be missed!
Thank to all our 585 customers who came through our annual Haunted Hall Tours. A big thanks to the staff and volunteers who made this event happen.
Happy Halloween!

We have a few fun new toys to add to our ever growing fitness center!
#1 is a booty builder! We have been trying to get one of these machines for a while now. Many people use a barbell to do hip thrusts but those days will be gone for good! I have attached a YouTube tutorial on how to use this machine safely with correct form to get the best results!
#2 More metal plates have been added to our collection as well. These plates will eventually get a forever home on a rack but for now, we will keep them close to the booty builder.
#3 Finally a rack for the bumper plates in the corner closest to my office to make the gym a little more organized.
I hope everyone enjoys the new toys!
Happy Fitnessing
