You asked and we delivered! The J takes into consideration what our members recommend. We have heard over and over that a chest press machine would make a great addition to the facility. Since a chest press machine is so large, we wanted something with a dual purpose. We then found this chest press/back machine that was exactly what we were looking for! Not only will you get a pretty back, but also have a beautiful view while using it

Another, smaller piece of equipment we added to the mix, is what is called a sissy squat machine. A few members come up with alternative ways to do these squats and now they don’t have to get as creative! This machine helps with these kind of squats that are a great alternative to goblet squats. Using this will severely humble you on you quad strength. Good luck

Thank you to all of the wonderful families who’ve registered for dance this term. We are excited to see so many returning dancers and welcome many new dancers this term! Most classes are now FULL. We are taking names for a waitlist. Please contact us if you want your name on the waitlist. If you have registered your child but things have changed please notify us and so can allow waitlisted families to join. There is still space in our 9+ tap (one spot) and 9+ combo (2 spots). Winter registration is not open yet and will not open until November or early December. Same schedule though. Visit our website for information on this term.

Is your child on a waiting list for soccer? We need 2 more coaches per age group in U5,7&9 to open up a second group for each. we can’t handle any more children without more coaches sadly.

There are 3 very fast and easy online certifications that can be done over the weekend or this coming weekend and those people could open up an additional groups ( as we have in the past) to allow everyone in.

Should you need assistance to register please contact us and we can help you. Regular combo, tap and our new competition classes are available at this time. Breakdance drop in classes for the fall term will be added soon!

We are so very grateful to the Elk’s Club La Ronge and Area for letting us move into their Hall in in Air Ronge for the 2023-2024 Dance season. We are thrilled to have the space and look forward to partnering with them. The generosity their group has shown us is remarkable. We are also so thankful for the support and partnership with JRMCC which we will continue in different capacities. Thank you to them for letting us use their boardroom as a dance space.

Classes begin Saturday September 9th. Registration forms will remain open until the class closes. If you’re able to access the form on the website it means it’s open. If you receive a message that the form is closed, please email or message us about space availability or waitlisting. Class times, days, fees and more are all on the website.
