JRMCC has some new additions to add to your workout!

You asked and we delivered! The J takes into consideration what our members recommend. We have heard over and over that a chest press machine would make a great addition to the facility. Since a chest press machine is so large, we wanted something with a dual purpose. We then found this chest press/back machine that was exactly what we were looking for! Not only will you get a pretty back, but also have a beautiful view while using it 😎

Another, smaller piece of equipment we added to the mix, is what is called a sissy squat machine. A few members come up with alternative ways to do these squats and now they don’t have to get as creative! This machine helps with these kind of squats that are a great alternative to goblet squats. Using this will severely humble you on you quad strength. Good luck
