Yasmina Ramzy

“What a transformative four days. I learned as much as I taught. And got to meet Syrian oud player and composer Tammam ALshoofy. So much love, honesty and support in this group of ages 13-60 dance artists. I miss you already. ❤️❤️❤️

“Thank you Dance Saskatchewan and Charlene BosiakYasmina Ramzy

THANK YOU JR HALL for letting us have space to host Yasmina Ramzy Yasmina Ramzy this week!! She flew in from Toronto today and begins teaching tomorrow a 20 hour dance intensives course! She will be teaching 11 dancers (most 1st Nations & Metis from the north) these beautiful choreographic works. With financial grants and in-kind donation from Dance Saskatchewan Inc & JR Hall we can make beautiful memories and provide amazing opportunities for northern dancers!!! This is a beautiful Truth & Reconciliation collaborative event to bring great talent from the large Urban centers to the Lac La Ronge Indian Band’s land and home territory.
