The JRMCC is pleased to announce we are now offering youth strength and conditioning workouts. These workouts are for athletes who want to take their game to the next level. Sport specific workouts to increase explosiveness, speed, agility and strength all coached by Kyle Sephton.

 12 weeks of classes
 Mondays & wednesdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm @ JRMCC Gymnasium
 Ages 12 – 17
 $210

CrossFit classes at the J are starting back up again in 2024! You will now have the option of participating in 2, 3 or 4 classes a week!
Each session will have a coach leading you through a warm up, teaching you about technique and how to do exercises properly, and taking you through a high intensity interval workout (HIIT)!

 8 weeks
 2, 3, or 4 classes/week
 Starting January 15 – March 7
 1 hour sessions
 Any Fitness Level Welcome!
 2 classes/week (16 classes total) = $140
 3 classes/week (24 classes total) = $210
 4 classes/week (32 classes total) = $270
 Choose classes that fit your schedule

 Yoga classes are coming back to the JRMCC!

Classes will be taught by Will Joseph. Will (He/Him) was born and raised in Treaty 6 Territory, in Saskatchewan. Nêhiyâwiw (He is Cree) and A member of English River First Nation. Will is living and working in La Ronge; having been involved with Vinyasa Yoga for Youth since 2010, at the age of 14. Will finds peace through practicing and living Yoga.

 Starting January 15th through to February 21st, there will be yoga classes available at the J in the boardroom.
 6 weeks (12 classes)
 1 hr sessions Monday & Wednesday 7:00pm-8:00pm
 Mats are provided
 Limited spots available
 $140 paid by EMT to [email protected] or cash on the first day of classes.
