La Ronge Team Meeting
Re: 2022 Tony Cote First Nations Summer Games
For clarification, “La Ronge Urban” refers LLRIB members who love in cities or towns excluding La Ronge and Air Ronge and for those who may claim La Ronge as their home reserve. If you live in the Tri-community, we hope you can attend the meeting!

Hey Everyone!
We have completed Day 3 of 30 of the FREE workout programming. Day 4 is a REST day so there won’t be a workout tomorrow morning (Thursday, July 7).
If you are still interested in joining this program, you can drop into any of the workouts and it’s not required to be available for all 30 days. This program shakes things up and brings intensity to your workout!
We start promptly at 6:30AM every morning, so you’ll need to arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up equipment and warm-up. Day 5 will continue on Friday (Friday, July 8th) and there are scalable options if needed!

Anybody wanting some FREE used conveyor belts. We purchased new mats and used this for flooring in the arena previous to that. No holds. First come, first served, see Arnold at the front desk!
