The next 8 week block of Crossfit Classes starts Monday, April 5th and continues until May 29th.

In an attempt to make sure that all the classes are full up every class, I’m introducing DROP-IN WAITLIST. Our 12 classes are currently full, but will be asking participants to let me know if they cannot make their classes, so that waitlist participants can join in on the class.

The schedule will be as follows:

GROUP 1 – Monday’s & Wednesday’s
5:00-6:006:05-7:057:10-8:10

GROUP 2 – Tuesday’s & Thursday’s
5:00-6:006:05-7:057:10-8:10

We will also be planning some exciting drop in Saturday classes throughout the 8 weeks, with various movement specific instruction, Crossfit Open competition Heats & Throw Downs, Bring a Friend for Free Workouts etc.

A Few Announcements

1. We have decided to extend our hours for fob access. All fobs will now have access to the facility from 5:00AM – Midnight. We have also brought back the 8am-9am time slot and the extended hours are now available for booking on the site/app. Extra cleaning will now happen throughout the day at various times. Our new janitor James will do his best not to disrupt your workouts, but I also ask that you give way to him as well so that he can complete the extra cleaning.

2. WE ARE EXPANDING!!! We are removing the kitchen and bathroom on the crossfit side, as well as removing the two storage rooms between the free weight room and crossfit room. We will also be placing new rubber flooring in its entirety so that we no longer have any tile, so that it’s seamless across the entire fitness room floor. We will also be installing turf as well.

That being said, the Crossfit side will be closed from Saturday, April 17th (Contractors have given us a 3-6 week plan for completion) and plastic will go up to have minimal impact on the rest of the gym. The running track will be closed to the general public during renovations and some equipment will go onto the track like how it was last summer. We will create various workout spaces on the track again so that there is still ample space to complete your workouts.
