5:30pm-6:30pm Yoga @ JRMCC
Tonight begins the 4x4x48 Challenge! Starts @ 7pm
4 miles (30 rounds of the track or an hour walk)
Every 4 hours for 48 hours
Friday: 7pm, 11pm
Saturday: 3am, 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm, 11pm
Sunday: 3am, 7am, 11am, 3pm
