JRMCC Youth Fall Hockey League

As start dates for organized league play and tournaments get pushed back, we are starting to think of options to fill the competitive void for those interested, we will keep you posted!

The JRMCC facility COVID-19 Guidelines, signage & procedures

Hello to all our new guests and our regular users and renters. As you obviously know by now, things will be just a bit different in terms of how we conduct some of our regular activities. As much as possible, we’ll post signage, explain procedures and provide electronic or hard copies to renters of our own COVID-19 guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you back to the facility for another season and seeing your happy faces with big smiles! ?

Additional skill development and power skating sessions

– Kevin Roberts Director of Sports & Recreation

More hockey coming up at “The J”, the hockey capital of the North. These are additional skill development and power skating sessions not to be confused with the Ice Wolves Hockey School. All players welcome regardless of your residence. There will be additional conditioning sessions for those looking to attend Bantam AA and Midget AA tryouts. Text, call or inbox me if you have questions!

The Hockey Shop at “The J” Open Sunday August 30

The Hockey Shop at “The J” might be small but it sure packs a big punch. We open for the season starting 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Sunday, August 30, just in time for the Ice Wolves hockey school. However, if you need to get in sooner, stop by starting tomorrow (August 25) during our office hours 8:00 am-4:30 pm . We offer skate sharpening, the best stick selection in the North, some full sets of equipment and various hockey accessories. If we don’t have it, we can also get from our supplier, Prince Albert Source for Sports, usually with next-day delivery!
