Off-ice training is back at JRMCC!

Hey hockey players! We’re excited to have two new off-ice programs coming up at JRMCC!

For the U13 & U15 FSIN players, we’ll be running a 4 week GameReady program, designed to have you feeling your best heading into your tournaments. There’s no cost to this program for LLRIB FSIN athletes, but there’s only room for 12 so don’t wait to register!

For the 15+ aged players who are heading to tryouts or junior camps, we’ll be running a 4-week Level Up tryout prep program.

This program will be designed to have you feeling strong, explosive, and agile during camp. Each workout will build progressions towards your goals, and can be modified to meet specific training goals you might have.

The program cost equals out to $10 per workout, or $120 for the full four week program.If you’re interested in registering or have any questions, send me a text or give me a call at 519-994-7210!

Unfortunately we are experiencing some unexpected ice issues and the ice is not safe to skate on at the moment. Our team is checking the ice plant and working on getting things back to normal.

The 16th Annual Andy Clark Memorial Hockey Tournament is coming up at the end of the month on March 28th! All games at the Mel Hegland Uniplex.

Admission is free, and we’ll have lots of great raffle prizes, with tickets being $10 a piece, or 5 for $40.

All raffle proceeds go to Northern Animal Rescue!

The winner of the tournament will receive $1000 to donate to the charity of their choice.

Don’t miss out on the chance to spend a day watching some exciting hockey, and to win some great prizes!

Good morning. Today marks the day of our first fundraising event of the year. For $10, guests can enjoy a bowl of chili, their choice of fried or baked bannock, and a drink.
