CROSSFIT IS BACK
Shared by Emma Smallwood
It has been a hectic last month but I am so happy to be bringing CrossFit back for the fall!! Unfortunately, this block is going to be slightly different as blocks in the past. We will only be offering two days out of the week. I apologize we can’t do all four days.
We are going to offer 3 different class times on Mondays & Wednesdays starting September 12:
6:00AM – 7:00AM
5:15PM – 6:15PM
6:15PM – 7:15PM
CrossFit classes are designed for every fitness level. Exercises and workouts can be modified to be easier or harder depending what you would like. We have had kids as young as 7 years old and up to 65 years all participate in the same workout with some slight changes. Members who have not participated in CrossFit before are required to take two foundations classes on September 6 & 8 from 5:15 – 6:15.
If you have any questions or would like to chat about the classes or would like to register please contact me at:
Or phone me at 306-425-8689
Payments can be sent to: [email protected]
We are only offering classes two days a week so classes are going to fill up fast! Make sure to sign up before they fill up!
Classes will run from Sept 12 – Oct 20. A total of 6 weeks and 12 classes.

Tri-Community Dance Club extends our heartfelt and deepest gratitude to all those who made our “The Circle Unites Us” dance workshop a huge success. In particular we want to thank our generous sponsors and collaborators: SKArts, Dance Saskatchewan, The Town of La Ronge, JRMCC, b/wPhoto and Art by Annalisa. Our three instructors and facilitators-Chancz Perry, Sarah Hoag, Lawrence A. Roy Jr.- you three left us full to the brim with lessons, inspiration, joy, and passion for dance and all of the ways it unites us! Thank you Brandon White for capturing the most beautiful moments of the week and to Annalisa Heppner for creating an incredible visual representation backdrop for our photos.

Who wants to join in on the Sunday Basketball league?
Shared by Emma Smallwood
Hi everyone. Please invite who you like or who wants to join in on the Sunday basketball league. I’m going to start getting the ball rolling with organizing it.
Looking to have it run Sunday evenings. I looked into doing it during the week but with all the extra curricular activities going on in the gym, it just doesn’t work.
I will be coming up with a set of rules for the league and the process I’m going to use to choose the teams. To keep everything fair, the teams are going to be picked at random. Everyone will enter into a pool and the amount of teams will be based off of however many people want to play.
