Youth FSIN SOCCER ATHLETES:
Want a safe place to just have fun and try something new? Most weekdays youth are free to just stop by and go rollerblading, grab a stick if you want, it keeps you busy and gets you moving!

Good luck to our LLRIB youth attending their first-ever FSIN Youth Soccer Championships
We are very thankful and appreciative of the organizers and hosts for allowing us to participate!

CrossFit is all about moving your body!
Shared by Emma Smallwood
Many people hear the work CrossFit and think to themselves “I can’t do that” or “I can’t lift as much as them”. Some people don’t know what the word meant so they type it in Google and the first thing that pop’s up are the world’s top athletes from the CrossFit Games walking on their hands or doing muscle ups. That is the 1% of the population.
The other 99% of the people who participate in CrossFit are your every day people. Moms, dads, teachers, kids, doctors, nurses, students, you name it!
This video shows such an accurate representation of who can participate in a CrossFit workout. Ages ranged from 6 years old to 70 years old, body shapes of every sort, people who do CrossFit on a regular basis and people who had no idea what it was, to someone with a broken ankle that we had to adapt the workout so she was able to get a sweat on.
CrossFit is all about moving your body. You don’t need to lift extremely heavy or be out of this world fit to be able to do it.
CrossFit classes will be starting back up again at the JRMCC at the end of August! Keep an eye out for posters to register closer to the date!
See you there!
